Respected Sir/Mam, This is to complaint you that on 26-AUG-2014 I bought a reliance postpaid connection from PITRA CHHAYA(DSA) communication by giving Rs300/- as security deposit. • They gave me option to choose your specific number and they also suggested 7-8 numbers I have selected a number as 8010550xxxx but it was already activated and using by another user • I called the number mentioned on receipt of this DSA, then the person who attend the call assure me to give another good number instead of above & get activated same day, I compromise with him & ready to choose another number as 8010044xxx but from last 3-4 days I was calling them but they guys didn’t picked my phone. • Sometimes phone busy, switched off & also not responding and sending the message do whatever you want……. I am so irritating by this behavior because I had made about 200-250 calls to them & they picked only 4-5 out of them & promised again and again that your number will be activated in 2 hrs. This is not a behavior to maintain customer relationship, if my number will not activated today then I am going to consumer court U/S 420 because they gave me a local receipt of payment & harassing day-by-day. They are having following numbers are as +8287369902 +7827631384 +9015599959 This is really a shameful commitment of these guys & misguiding customers by doing these cheap activities, A telecaller named Pankaj called me to sell reliance postpaid connection & now the result is in front of you. THe owner of DSA also said “do whatever you want” aln also not picking my phone calls from the date of purchasing connection

I need the claim against this inconvenience is to pay my bill by this DSA or reliance co.
