The issue is with my number 8287664xx. This was a Reliance connection that I had used for a significant period of time, over 2 years. When I asked for a closure of the connection, the last bill or the NOC was never sent to me. The bill amount always used to be around 850 because its a fixed limit no calls plan. In spite of my repeated calls, I was never given a bill, and now I have been receiving threat calls from ‘investigators’ pretending to represent someone. I am not even a resident of Delhi anymore and these threats are baseless. Reliance has always sent me payment confirmations to my email account but never sent me a bill on this email ID. However, of late, I have received calls from one Pooja Rawat claiming to represent Reliance and trying to arm twist me into paying an inflated bill of 1150 rupees. If I had used the service, then I would have paid, but no care has been taken in terms of addressing this situation. I have no problems taking this to court or fighting a legal battle because this is harassment. What is better is that their website does not accept my number to pay the bill. I even had someone visit the store in Lake Town on September 6 and asked for a bill, which was of course not given. These practices are uneasiness like and almost bordering on cheating.

I want this matter resolved. Reliance has a stellar history of court cases and I do not. I would like to keep it that way.
