Reliance Mobile – Non Refund of Rental for Disconnected Period

I had made numerous complaints (not less than 15 calls and 10 mails) indicating non-working of broadband connection from Reliance for the period Dec 6, 2014 to January 27, 2015. After much harassment, reliance could only rectify the connection on January 27, 2015. Now, I have to fight for refund of rentals charged during this period. I had made three complaints – on Feb 13, 2015 (complaint no. 230053386) and on again to appelate authority on Feb 25 (230495590) and Feb 26 (230544783) for refund of rentals. However, none of the complaints were resolved and were closed unilaterally by without even a call or mail. The reason was given as – “hamaare server mein call time par closed tha” which is the strategy of reliance for looting the customers (reliance closes the complaint without attending to it to say this, every time). The applleate authority at reliance is a cheating authority which actually do not take any action on complaint and goes by just the lower level resolution. However, the disconnection can be verified by reliance by looking at the various comlpaints during the period I have made and the nil data utilisation position during this period. With this mail, I finally request reliance to refund the excess rentals charged for the period of disconnection.

I want reliance to be punished for poor service quality and refund of my rentals for the period of disconnection (About Rs. 1113/-).
