However, it is to bring in your notice that I had the balance of Rs. 199/- at the time you Reliance guys had deactivated my no 3 months back. but in the newly allotted sim for the same no. it has zero Balance. Further, I had to incur commute expenses to visit your office several times and also I had to purchase the simfor Rs. 30/- twice. Therefore, it is requested to reimburse my balance of Rs. 199/-
