Reliance Mobile Online Bill Payment Went Down in Middle of Transaction

I was paying my Reliance India Mobile Post-Paid Bill on the website of Reliance Communications. I enetred my number and e-mail address and then it showed my name and I entered the amount and continued. It asked for Choice of Credit Card etc I chose VISA Card and it took me to BillDesk and I entered Credit Card and other details [Secured password – Verified by Visa] but then the module hung up as shown below in the screen shot at the following URL

The Problem is they have debited my Bank Account but I didn’t get any confirmation SMS that the Bill has been credited to my account in Reliance. Kindly do not use such third rate quality portals of these Billionaires like Anim Ambani who do not know how to give customer service.
