I had done Internet recharge of Rs.246 on 22 October 2014 and top up recharge Rs.30 on 27/10/2014 through http://myservices.relianceada.com/ for which amount was deducted from the bank account as well as receipt generated but recharge was not done for the mobile number 8236852xxx which is on name of my wife Mrs Geeta Paliwal. Receipt of which is attached for your reference. On 22 October 2014 and onward s we called to call center from the same number to get issue resolve but calls was not processed. Finally on 03 November I sent a 1st email to customercare@relianceada.com . On 05 November I had received SMS from customer care having SR No.226437134 offer recharge benefit has already been updated in your account. Despite that my account was not updated with recharges. On 6 November again I had sent 2nd email and told them if issue not resolved then I will go to consumer court to get issue resolved. On 08 November 2014 3rd email complaint. I was continuously doing follow up with customer service as well as appellate authority via email as well as phone call from last 30 days. Finally on 21 November 2014 after a month I got the recharge balance.
I have to cancel booking for a round trip flight for Mumbai to Nagpur due on 23 October 2014 and Nagpur to Mumbai due on 26 October 2014 with my wife due to unavailability of internet services despite recharge amount charged to me I was unable to cancel our tickets have to bear unnecessary travel as well as fare of Rs. 19,888/- having E Booking ID NF2201035765815.
