Customer id:329948315825 complaint id:224260844 I bought broadband connection from reliance communication adag on 21/08/14, got installation on 23/08/14 it stopped working on 26/08/14 morning. When called on their customer helpline(180030007777) they said the modem(adsl router provided by them)is faulty and will be changed but no-one came to change, when i called their appellate authority(18602002011) they asked me to wait until tomorrow. now they are giving reason of commercial issue. I visited their head office located at 3rd floor goyal commerce house 4 and met Mr Hiren Patel(+918000644xxxx)on 01/09/14 but just giving me false promise of forwarding my complaint disappeared and not picking up my call.

i have used this connection for 2 days only and i want full refund of the amount(rs.1340) that include installation charges(rs.741) and first month advance(rs.599). they want to deduct charges for 2 day then it is ok(which is not more than 40 rs.). but i want the remaining amount(rs.1300)to be refunded.
