I got my flight ticket booked from this travel agency on 21 May for 03 Sept from Delhi to London. I payed Rs. 31,500 in cash as I was in Bangalore that time . I have got cash receipt with me . They issued me ticket , which got cancelled after some time .Again they consecutively issued me tickets on august 19 and 25 which used to get canceled after 2 days . Now , I have my flight today in the night and I cannot travel as I don’t have a valid ticket to travel . Till morning , they fooled us saying that in 10 mins you will get confirmation and he will arrange a telecon with the airline and arrange boarding pass for me . But no details came. But when I called them they say they don’t have money to confirm the ticket . Also when asked for refund they are saying we don’t have money and we have shifted our office. From past 3 months they fooled us saying that they have hidden the PNR and flight still exists and they will confirm on 01 sept. I have all the 3 tickets details issued to me from this travel agency . Everytime MR.Syed Riyaz contacted me . after calling 10-15 times he used to answer call. I am attaching the first ticket that he issued.

I have suffered mental and economic problems due to this. I lost Rs.83,000 due to this fraud. First Rs 31,500 for the ticket and another Rs 51,500 for the new ticket that I had to book for next days on my own at the last moment . Also, I had imp. work to do which got postponed due to this as I cant travel today in the night.
