have placed an order in ebay on 11/07/2014 to purchase Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ Premium Rubberized Hard Back Case Cover + Free SG (161350975209) and payed the money (Rs. 369) through SBI internet banking. I have received my product on 15/07/2014 and registered a complaint on the same day since I have received the defective item. On 21/07/2014 I had telephonic conversation with one of the ebay customer care executives and I got following email from them after the conversation. [As per our telephonic conversation on 2014-07-21 we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request in form of eBay coupon. You will receive a coupon of 110% of Item value. It will be sent to your registered email address, and you can expect to receive it within 7 to 10 business days and the same is valid for 30 days] Its been nearly 40 days and I haven’t received any refund from them till now. I have contacted them thrice in this 40 days and still no proper response from them.

I just want my refund coupon back ASAP. Thanks.
