I had booked a bus service from belgaum (karnataka) to pune (maharastra) on 1st sept 2014 @5:15 a.m. I waited at the provided boarding point from 5 am to 7 :15 am on 1st september . But the bus never came. I tried to call neeta operators numbers provided at their website. But no one picked up at the time. And when finally pune office picked up, they told that they don’t have the bus details with them and i need to contact bangalore office as the service starts from bangalore. I tried to contac redbus.in as i had booked my ticket through them. But their operating timings are from 7:30a.m to 11p.m. I logged a complaint with them ref no. (10898566). Now they are saying that the bus driver waited for me for an hour at the boarding point and hence they will not be providing any refund. Which is absolutely false. As i did not get any call or sms from the driver. Neeta tours says that the conflict is between me and redbus.in and they cannot do anything about it.

I want the above mentioned refunds from neeta bus operator and redbus.in.
