Dear Consumer Forum. I had taken a new reliance postpaid connection dated on 29 July 2014. which is in service from 4 aug 2014. till date 3 bills generated from the reliance and in each bills there is deduction of roaming charges. i talked to there customer care executives but they always give me false commitment and says “all charges are correct” i have not gone outside NCR region then how can they charged me for roaming. please find following details of roaming charges which is totally wrong according to my knowledge only roaming charges for UP_EAST network is real because in this time i was in actual roaming else in remaining case i was available in NCR(greater noida & NOIDA sector-82 [NSEZ]) bill no(OCT 2014) 355882166814 roaming charges 337 rs bill no(SEP 2014) 355830141250 roaming charges 239 rs bill no(AUG 2014) 3555779269419 roaming charges 129 rs

i want my deducted amount will be refund withing in 2 or 3 days so that i can continue with the service else i have to withdraw the service
