sir I am facing lots of problem in reliance connection. they r charging unwanted charges in my connection.i already have internet balance but they charging from my main balance when i use internet.it happened with me 2 to 3 times,when i call a customer care either they block my no or told me that system r slow and we cannot solve your problem now.i called thew several time b ut get the same reply.after 3 days they telling me that 3 days have been passed we cannot solve ur problem. wrong deduction amount is rs 101 on 24.10.2014

my balance should be return and compensation of my lost times.
