Reliance Mobile – Wrong Billing, Details Not Provided

Wrong Billing, Not providing Hard/soft Copy of bill even though email id registered, Registering complain with 198 and complain no. is not provided Data Usage not sent on Sms inspite making repeated request for it

Every month I have to visit Reliance Gallery for one or the other issue mentioned above. Resulting Loss in my Work Time and Money

Problem to be resolved and the same should be compensated monetarily by the said company
