Reliance Jio name should change to Reliance Maro. I bought JioFI Device worth rs. 2899/- with a hope that I will get the 4G services with very low cost but 10 days have been passed I am still waiting for activation. One of my friend already told me that Reliance has worst customer care and this is an unethical company, they don’t bother about customers. My suggestion to Modi Ji, please go away from Jio Ad, it will ruin your name. Please look into this matter my Sim numbers are otherwise please get my money (2899/- Rs.) I have bought jiofi on Saturday 3/9/2016. It has not been activated till now. My order number is NO0000065PQJ. Sim no 7011646101 and contact number 95828XX920. I have been trying there customer service but no response from there. Please at least let me know how long will it take? You should SELL Reliance Jio Fi Devices with Activated 4G SIM.
