SnapDeal Shipped Defective Product – No Reverse Pick Up

I purchased online using snapdeal website watches and sanpdeal supplied as per time but i found that product was defected so i put online request to return the same and snapdeal fixed appointment to carry back but they failed to pick up after several appointment and product didn’t replaced or returned.

The product were purchased on 04/08/2016, supplied on 10/08/2016, i put return request on 12/08/2016, sanpdeal fixed 3 consecutive appointment to carry back product, but the didn’t do that neither snapdeal provided address to send back product to them. i went to there okhla office with product to return but it was shifted to some other place, now i am suffering with this defective product and non refund of my money.

I want my refund and compensation for this tumble.
