Being forced by worst ever experience with Reliance Communication, I am writing my frustration to this level. As per the attached receipt you can see I paid required fee of 1200 and submitted other documents on 30 Nov, 2013 for Reliance Net Connect Connection. It is now going to be about 1.5 months; still I am waiting for my service to start. Each time I go to Reliance Web World, Aundh, Pune on Saturday (as in working days, I can’t put my job on risk for internet connection), they say it will be activated on Monday, I try to activate on Monday, Nothing happens Then I call to customer care, they say data is not yet uploaded, I again visit to Reliance Web World on coming Saturday, they say your form is approved and it will be activated on Monday and so on…(This has been my routine of Saturday and Monday since last 4 weekends). On my 3rd visit, I got No. which is 9370060217 I have tried all the ways, now looking for positive resolution from you. As being an employee of MNC, I have never expected such unprofessional ism from similar level of company. If even you are not able to address this grievance, please advise me the process to end the association at the very bad node as I am feeling cheated and will look for another service provider. I can’t take my frustration any more in to this issue, which should not have been stretched this way. I have 7+ years long relationship with Reliance Communication that is why I tried to go for Net Connect Connection, but it proved to be my mistake, and Now I want to correct it if it is not solved in next till Thursday.
If it is not addressed in 2-3 days, i want my money back with interest
