I’m having problems with the working of my washing machine IFB Elena automatic washing machine. last year i had spent almost 12 thousand rupee on my machine in the hope that it will no trouble for another 2-3 years(which includes costs of mcu card twice, drum,wiring, service charges and AMC).

its an irony that the machine which cost me 18000 rs for its maintenance i’d spent 12 thousand a year and still am not getting service from it.In this chilly weather i am washing clothes by hand.

i want immediate solution of my complaint
