I have Reliance Netconnect+ broadband, in that i was unable to check my balance amount. Also Reliance Netconnect+ has coverage of selected cities only and speed is not upto the mark / as promised. I feel very bad coverage when i was in Chomu area in Rajasthan state. With reference to your Reliance account, i would like to inform that i have online recharge payment of Rs.797 on 16/02/2015 16:21:23 my receipt id is AMIR67536599 but Balance is not shown to me.

Kindly look into this grievance as early as possible else from next time I will move on to Airtel 3G, which is far better service.
