I subscribed to Reliance Wireline internet connection a month back. My customer ID is 373076040566. Not even one month was over and my internet stopped working. It’s not working since 22nd July. I have complained to both customer care and appellate authority. They both keep giving random dates and those dates pass by without any fixes. I am fed up of calling them.

I want my full refund including installation charges i.e 1700Rs + charges for damage caused.
