100bestbuy.com – Large size shirts delay replacement refund

Respected Sir/Madam I purchased koutons 5 formal shirts pack from online shopping website “100bestbuy.com” on 24 dec 2013, and i received my product on 4 jan 2014. But the shirts was large in size. I requested for replacement of my order to smaller size. On 4 April 2014 the delivery man came to me for pickup. After that, i have not received my product till date. I have contacted to customer care and email to their website but no action is being taken by the company. So i request you to please take strict action against them. Thanking you Rajneesh pant

I have contacted to customer care 1000’s of time for my product replacement but no action is taken by the company and more than Rs. 30,000 have been spend on STD calls for contacting customer care. And so much mentally harassment.
