I had taken my Iphone 5 IMEI number 013625008595133 to your Thane service center on 28-06-2014,and they changed the Iphone with refurbished one on 05-07-2014 but the condition became worse after that and the phone restarts very frequently. And gets freezes (Iphone logo is displayed on screen and Phone doesn’t responds at all) It becomes more hot I had taken this Iphone to Your Thane service Center once again on 22-07-2014 They Re installed the Software & refused to take a complaint & told me to use the same I phone for few days and Yet the condition remained to be the same.

I request them to refund Rs 44,370/- being the cost of the handset and pay Rs. 50,000 as compensation for causing me loses, inconvenience, mental agony, and harassment due to their defective and deficient services.
