Reliance NetConnect – No signal Strength poor service from customer care

Dear Sir/ Madam I would like to bring this issue to you Kind notice that Since 4+ Months I am using the Broand Band Services of Reliance NetConnect+. The services are very bad and some how am I am adjusted for 3 Months( as i invested 2500).. From 9th of November 2013 ( am staying at Chintal in Hyderabad) I am not getting any Signals(even operating at 5th floor) and Keep on Complaining them..They said it was a technical problem and will be resolved Shortly..The problem was not resolved and I registered a compliant to terminate the services 13th November and they said they will take 7 days to terminate. They keep on irritating me asking to retain their services and I didnt accepted their request (BEGGING) On 21st of November they sent me a full Month bill eventhough the connection is not proper for 2 weeks..Some how I decided to pay the full amount when they send a confirmation of the deactivating the services permanently.. Still they hadnt deactivated and keep on irritating me to retain the services by calling continuously… I dont want to keep their services active just for the sake of Paying the bill…I read so many reviews on Google regarding the exploitation of Consumer by Reliance in the same Manner… Please take the necessary action against the Reliance and as a proof in the Bottom you can see the conversation made with Reliance and I even Marked a copy to them as well

I want the services to be disconnected immediately and should get the bill only for 2 weeks from October 22nd to November 8th…I dont need any follow up calls from reliance keep on calling, irritating to retain the services
