Subscriber plans are changed without my consent.i am not getting the speed for which i pay.i only get max 6 mbps download and 2 mbps upload.i am allotted 5 gb from 40 GB. Plan amount RS 999.they just created a hype made customers to buy the modem assuring them the plan wont be changed and an additional 10GB promotional is offered. I think reliance is back to making money by cheating people when they launched their services years before in mobile..
