I Manish Kumar started using Reliance Post-paid sim no. 8822622221 from September 2013. However due to some reasons I decided to stop using Reliance post-paid sim no. 8822622221.I made a request to customer care for stopping this sim and I was said that my request has been accepted. I was asked to submit the documents and handover the sim to reliance store by customer care. I submitted the documents and paid the balance due on me and finally handover the reliance sim to reliance store (NISHANT COMMUNICATION/BONGAIGAON,ASSAM) in the month of December 2013.But still even though I am not using the reliance sim I am being asked to pay the bill. I enquired about the bill for the month of March (i.e. how can be the bill generated when I have submitted the documents and and have paid the balance amount that was I was asked to pay by Reliance Store after consultation with Reliance Customer care.) and they said that I have not paid the total amount. I felt like cheated.I am not getting proper help from Reliance Customer Care regarding the matter. With a hope that after paying the bill of march-14 my all due will be cleared I paid the amount indicated in Bill of march-14 (even though i am not using the sim since December-13) but it seems that Reliance has a habit of cheating its customers,as i have been asked to pay the bill for the month of April-14. Why should I pay??? This is totally frustrating as even after not using the sim I am asked to pay. I have already submitted the documents to Reliance store as it was advised to me by Customer care, now why I am asked to submit the documents one more time.
