My Reliance Mobile postpaid number is 9864370429 and bill date is 11th. On 3rd of December i have paid Rs 830 as there was message of Rs 828 as billed amount. But today on 12th of December my outgoing calls are deactivated. When i talked to customer care they told that my bill is more tha Rs 1800 and i need to pay more Rs 977. If from 11th of November to 3rd December 2013, my bill is Rs 828 how could it be more than Rs 1800 as I have not used in such a way as to make it more than 1800. Looking such services i am bound to change my network company from Reliance to other or else do the needful as soon as possible.
