At present, I am in roaming in jharkhand. I have reliance gsm connection of punjab. There is a balance deduction issues. On 17.05.2013, 01:31pm I have received msg from RM-Relinace and it state that rs 5.00 has been deducted for VAS ShemarooVP. Now my balance is 5.83 , previously it was 10.83. I have called customer care from my roaming sim but it give following response-“THERE IS NO NUMBER IN VOICE MAIL BOX”.

When called customer care from another local reliance number they provided me this number-02230333333. After that when I called on this my problem is not solved. If any representative call from your side then please call on my alternate no. 7488286424

I want my rs 5.00 back. and If any representative call from your side then please call on my alternate no. 7488286424 as in roaming I will not receive any call on 9569126525 .
