My name is Anish Jacob, I am a resident of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (East). I would like to inform you that on Saturday, January 17, 2015 I had recharged my Rev A. HSD data card no. 749969xxx which is registered in my name through their website with Rs. 449/­(Four Hundred and Forty Nine Only) which as per their website gives benefit of Truly Unlimited without Quota with validity of 15 days but I was given only 2048 MB data with 30 days validity which expires on February 15, 2015. On the same day, I called up the Reliance Communication Ltd. customer care and registered complain regarding this fraud with complain ID: 229086729 and the customer care executive informed me that wrong benefit has been given to me and assured me that this issue will be resolved within 3 days and the Truly Unlimited without Quota benefit will be given to me, but it has not been resolved yet after this I emailed to appeal authority in Lucknow and informed him about the situation, he too registered my complain with complain ID: 229193746, but it also went away with no solution at all and now purposefully they are delaying the issue to mentally harass me.

I want full refund of the said amount
