This is a complaint regarding reliance 3g online recharge. I tried to recharge through rcom.co.in of rs 178 (2gb for 30 days).Recharge was unsuccessful. But still money was debited from my SBI account. I want my money back. Kindly do the refund as soon as possible. Kindly look into the issue and address this problem ASAP else I will be forced to escalate the complaint with the TRAI and Consumer Forum.
