The Reliance Mart at Tolichowki, Hyderabad has been misusing the premises, and denying amenities meant for the customers. The access to the parking space provided in the cellar is very dangerous. More than half of the parking space is actually being used to keep their stocks, in violation of municipal regulations. Access to lift has been closed by building a brickwall around it. Customers have to actually climb two stairs to reach the Ground Floor, after parking. The passage from cellar to basement and ground floor is also fully used as a store. The passage to outside is blocked by bikes parked by their staff. I have photographs to prove all the above. The Municipal Authorities, Fire Safety Authorities etc., do not appear be aware or concerned.. Customers are not only inconvenience but are also exposed to fire and other hazards. The Manager has no answers to these questions. This complaint should be forwarded to Municipal Authorities, building inspectors, fire safety dept etc., Please act immediately. Even though I had undergone heart operation barely a month ago, I had to climb steps for two floors, walk among the stored goods, because the lift was literally closed with a brick wall, denying access. Going back after completing purchases is another nightmare. I really do not how one can take the shopping loaded with purchases, to the cellar parking upto the car or bike. Customers have to literally break the rules to bring their car up. I have photographs to to prove all the above.

Customers are exposed to risk of accident while driving into the cellar parking. Customers, particularly those old and sick, also have to climb two floors to reach the Mart, as the lift has been literally buried with a brick wall. Coming out of the cellar parking is also equally dangerous due to reckless parking by their own staff. Customers are forced to violate traffic regulations for loading thier purchases into their vehicles, on the main road without a shade. Due to misuse of parking space, and blocking of lift and passages, building safety is at high risk.
