Reliance Retail Limited sold us Annual Maintenance Contracts for our 3 products in early December with a promise that they will come and do the service after a week. Since then, I have called them up multiple times and talked to many people. I also raised the issue through email online. After seeing their callous approach to come and do the service, I want to cancel the AMC and claim refund with damages, if possible

full refund with interest and money that I spent on buying water.
