Hi, We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Flat No 41 & 42,CTH Road, Chennai-600053 as per Tax Invoice#89791041 9500393 Dt 15/10/2019 17:18:57. The Reliance Resq team came for Installation to my home on 17.10.2019 around 01.00 PM and start installation process and found Gas leak and Heat wave coming from AC Indoor Unit and after installation completed High Noise coming from Outer unit Fan also. They took photo and Invoice copy for complaint to HO and assure us for replacement of Indoor and Outdoor unit But after Two days there was no response from Reliance Retail Limited Sales Team Mr. Saravanan-8825509296 & Resq Team. Mr Ibrahin-6382001032 and we tried to call Resq Team 20 times since Y/day (18.10.2019) to check the status there was no reply and NO call back also from Resq team. We paid full money of the Product and BEGGING TO Reliance Retail Limited for replace the product with NO Reply. The Reliance Retail Limited followed lot of Rules and Regulation for Safeguard the Company Money not the Customer. Thanks for your GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT Kindly arrange to return my money along with installation and Bank charges. The details as follows, Installation charges Rs. 350/- Cable and white Tape cost Rs. 450/- AC cost Rs. 37940.50 Bank charges for Loan process Rs. 471/- Grand Total Rs. 39,211/- Karuppiah
