Reliance Store – Excess charges on EMI not responding

I have purchased a microwave on 24.07.14 for Rs 13000 on Emi 12/4 scheme from capital first. 250 was the processing fees. 13250 was the total. BILL DETAILS: CIN NO: U01100MH1999PLC120563 LOYALTY CARD: 604863190303481 LOAN REF NO: 0021401187 down payment taken was 5138. loan amount sanctioned interest free was 8109. Acc to that Emi should be rs 1013. but they r charging rs 1084. it was 12/8 scheme. Rs 560 is charged extra. no response from reliance digital nor capital first people from last 4 months. capital first representatives responded that the Downpayment was Rs 4578.According to them 1084 is the right installment 1084*8 EMIS =8672 8672+4578 DP =13250 but reliance store charged Rs 5138. thus they have to refund Rs 560 excess charged. regarding this i have complained orally many times to reliance digitl moggapair. i have also filed online complaint on 15.09.14. The Reference Number is 700017541. i got a message on 18.09.14 stating that my complaint has been resolved. till now there is no correspondence nor refund from Any side. I again mailed to reliance cs head on 30.09.2014 regarding my compliant. there was no response from their side.

I would like to have my excess charged amount back as well as proper remuneration for the damage done to me in these 4 months both physical as well as mental harassment.
