I am using reliance GSM sim of No.7307750xxx.I had a recharge of Rs.156 on 6 december 2013 for 3G pack of 1 GB.500 MB was credited instantly and remaining had to credited within 2 days but it didn’t come to my account even after 15 days.Even after calling customer care executive my call was auto disconnected and whenever i was able to talk to them they were giving fake promises.Because of that i was not able to use internet as my 500 MB was used up and i couldn’t cancel my tickets or some other important works which needed internet connection.Kindly compensate me for this wrong promise from the company and delay of service providing
Because of that I could not cancel my railway ticket and now i could not get refund of my ticket and also i was mentally disturbed because no customer care executive was able to resolve my problem and they were saying that it will be resolved next day but it was not happening.Because of lack of internet i also could not book my ticket and i had to cancel my program to go to join my job the next day.
I want a monetary compensation for this fake promise by company because of this i also could not join my job the next day and scolded by my boss.
