R/Sir/Madam, I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that on 18.05.2014 i got a recharge of Rs. 156 for 3G Internet Data. after few seconds i received a message of successfully recharged and got mail regarding successfully recharged. next day when i checked the data i shocked to see that, there is no data in my account. And when i trying to connect reliance communication cutomer care executive they not provide any information and when i insist to give information they disconnect my phone immediately. till date i did not received any data . my Reliance mobile no. is 8468977xxx So you are requested kindly take some necessary action so i can get my data as early as possible.
