I am facing the following problem while using Postpaid Number 7503861905 reliance GSM. PROBLEM- 3G speed is only 64 kbps. a) Complain no. 210176183 dated 09.10.2013 b) Complain No. 210387688 Dated 12.10.2013 c) Complain number 210438112 Dated 14.10.2013 d) Complain No. 210693150 dated 18.10.2013 Soln- Customer care told me on 12th oct 2013 that I have consumed my 5GB data in the previous month so that speed is low (64 Kbs) and other complain closed without informing me. My Problem- My bill cycle starts on 09th of every month then how it is possible to consumed 5GB data in previous month. you can also check from your side it is only 500 MB and less in this bill cycle. They are giving a rubbish reason. How it is possible to consumed this month data in the previous month. Very poor responce from customer care. 3g speed is a big issue. I am wasting a lot of my time to call a customer care So I would like to request you to please provide a quality service and solve the issue regarding 3G speed as soon as possible. so I would like to request you to please provide me the proper speed of 3G Speed
I want 3G Speed in this Bill Cycle.
