I activated my college plan 2nd dec 2013,my plan expired 1 Jan 2014 as it is a auto renewal pack so it will deduct it automatically Rs.16 from main balance. I didn’t have the balance so they mesg that the plan cannot be activated. I recharged on 6 Jan 2014,i waited till night that they will automatically deduct the money and activate the plan the didn’t deduct the money so i massaged the code to activate the plan,I got reply that you are subscribed to it.So i deactivated it and the again tried to activate it by the code i sent 2 times massage at night, but they replied me 2 times that Dear customer please try after sometime. then again in the morning i massaged the same code to activate it they again replied same. So this time I called up the customer care about it saying that the plan is not getting activated he said that now there might be network problem so you again send the massage code again to activate.So again by 14:54 pm i massaged the code to activate the plan at that time three consecutively time they deducted Rs.16 thrice they total deducted Rs.48 in place of Rs.16 then i called up the customer care no. 198 to tell what was the mistake that the deducted thrice in place of once i told them about this they told to call later. then i again phoned to enquire about it the first of all behaved rudly and spoked very badly and when i asked to return my money the said that you send massage 3 times we deducted 3 times we will not return and made a fun of it and laughed but when i tried to activate the plan after recharging they massaged me you cannot activate because you are already subscribed.
Either they Should return me Rs. 32 or the should validate the plan for 90 days from 7th January 2014 If they return my money will be more better.
