I have previously registered this complaint as well on 9 OCT- complaint No-64939.4.2013 and again 14 OCT which hasnt been resolved yet. Eve after getting 3G recharge done all my account balance(RS 140) has drained within 3 days and net balance(513 MB) as well which shouldn’t be the case. After 1st complaint, I was refunded my amount and net balance on friday 11 OCT but now again my account balance and net balance has drained. After my second complaint I was refunded which got was pulled back again as soon as the complaint the closed.. The very same evening and I did register a complaint gain but that hasnt been resolved till date. Entire month of OCT has almost passed waiting for refund of account balance and net nbalance which means my entire 123 for 3G was wasted for nothing. Also because I have 0 balance so I was unable to use my no. for the entire month. Kindly look for some permanent solution as I cant complain every three days about the same issue. Which it seems has stopped getting resolved
