Reliance Tele – balance deduction poor response by help desk

BALANCE DEDUCTION BY RELIANCE GSM Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am customer of Reliance GSM of mobile number 8881126xxx. I do online recharge of Rs. 55 on 1-3-2014. Some balance is used by me till 8-3-2014 5:00 pm and Rs. 36 is left in account but when I checked balance on 10-3-2014 then its shows Rs. 0.014. This mean that approximate 36 rupees deducted wrongly from my balance. This balance is deducted is in between 8 March to 10 March. When I call to customer care then call was disconnected before reaches to Customer care person and I call him from another number then they told me “YOUR INFORMATION WAS NOT SHOWN HERE, CALL US LATER” and I do again after a day then told me “SYSTEM IS ON UPDATING, WE UNABLE TO HELP YOU, CALL US LATER”. But when I call today i.e. 13 March 2014 they told me that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND, OUR SYSTEM SHOW DETAILS OF THREE DAYS”. Then I asked him what I do now then he told “ab kuch nhi ho sakta” means “NOW, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REFUND”. And when I asked any other way to refund money then he start repeating sentences “ab kuch nhi ho sakta”, “ab kuch nhi ho sakta” and “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me and that why I lose my temperament and uses some wrong words, I am sorry for this. Now, I kindly requested you to please take action against him and told him to refund my balance. I am highly THANKFUL to you. THANKS. Yours sincerely, SYED MOHD MASOOD ALI B.Tech.
