On 3-jan-2014 i had done a full talktime rechagre of RS180 on next day i.e. 4-jan-2014 my balance is debited from account without any reason. on 5-jan-2014 i called to the customer care and raise a compliant regarding this(complaint no-SR214581108) they gave me the assurance that the balance was wrongly debited and they have credited my balance back in sometime. But still i haven’t receive the balance and now they said that at the time of compliant you had not provide proper information. Now, they are saying that my balance is not refund to me. I had already provide that information which was asking by the customer executive at the time of compliant( you can check the call recordings for the same). Now they said that it is your fault that you have not given the proper details.
please refund me my debited balance and do not do these type of silly things with the customer.
