I had recharged my Reliance MDN no. 9023808908 SIM no. 899118350000673798 via online net banking on 6th Dec 2013 twice for Rs 650 to receive benefits of 3GB 3G data for 30days received the Receipt of only one transaction . after not receiving the benefits i called customer care no . *355 and launched a complaint @ about 1:20 am 6/12/2013 i was given complaint no 213085856 and promise that the issue will be resolved. when i called for the follow up of the complain during the day time discovered that the complaint was not registered and the complaint no was fake. RituRaj from reliance took my detailed complaint and issued me complaint no. 213220301 on 6/12/2013 evening. I kept a follow up of the complaint on 7/12/2013 discovered the issue has been closed without a resolution. again registered a complaint this time with Jyoti and received a complait no. 213249737. again keeping a constant followup and taking the issue with Applet authorities contact no. 18602002011. where Sawita flagged and re-forwarded my complaint. there was no solution on 8th and on 9th the complaint was again closed without the resolution. and till date i have not received the refund or the benefits of any of the two recharge done on 6th dec 2013. I Again called *355 and 198 to get the Call details form 6th dec 2013 till 10th dec 2013 for my mobile no. 7307756029 as all call were made from this no. Talked to Rohit on one of the nos. but i was refused for the call details.
Looking on the Current loss and the loss if reputation with Clients and future business with them i would need a compensation of 15 Lakh INR
