I had courier 1 consignment to Patna from Bhopal on 25/12/2013 whose consignment no: is – 364742169 .But either to send it to the actual destination , it was send to Bangalore by New Delhi office. After complaining them they returned it to Patna on 29/12/2013 but it had not been received till 02/1/2014. Due this my work had been affected because the document should reach Patna till 28/10/2013 , but it didn’t happen. After asking them they are not giving any positive response.

So strongly I says that I want immediate compensation because courier should reach the destination till 2- 3 days.But it was impossible and my work was affected due to it. So please help me regarding this. I want compensation of this fault.
