I registered a complaint No. 100055-01142 lodged on 13/10/2013 on the postal complaints website for parcel booked by Express parcel No. XN203433805IN booked from Trimulgherry HO on 03/10/2013 at 12:12 addressed to Ashim Kumar Saha, 18/9, U. K. Dutta Road, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata – 700028, WB. The parcel contained Canadian make Edifier stereo system in its original packing. The parcel was also cloth and wax sealed. I received a registered letter dated 13/12/2013 from Trimulgherry HO post master asking me to give a written complaint along with the original receipt and that the complaint is settled, Thus indirectly accepting that the parcel was lost/stolen.
