I have Ported my no. 9852529522 from Aircel to Reliance GSM on 1 July 2013 and after that day, I am in a very bad situation. I have activated DND by using START 0 to 1909 but it is not working continuously receiving 10-15 irritating PROMOTIONAL messages/ call per day. Contacted 20-30 time at complaint service no. 198 but they are shifting my call to their desk to desk nothing else. I have also mailed about same problem at customercare@relianceada.com on 09-07-13 This was such annoying that I was going to cut my SIM card in 4 pieces and Post it to Reliance, Mumbai. Lastly, I have decided to complain here.

I want my money back with Fully Blocked DND Service on my this no. 9852529522 and Rs. 500/- as compensation.
