Tata Indicom broadband – Poor Service

I am currently paying for the 1339 per month 5mbps plan but I am not even getting 512kbps. I have complained several times but they just issue a complaint tickets and close it own their own as the problem being resolved without my consent. Its been 2 months and the problem still isn’t solved. Also the internet randomly stops working for a day or 2 during the month. They say its the server problem but they haven’t solved it for over a year. I pay my bill on time yet I am not getting the service I’m paying for.

Either get the problem fixed or compensate me for the poor service.
