Reliance Tele – college plan activation problem

Reference to Complaint Id :73622.4.2014 i have already stated that i have activated my college plan. After the activation of college plan the call rate should be reduced to Rs. 0.05 ( 5 paise ) per minute for those who have activated this college plan under same college or group. I called my friends who have activated this plan and I saw that the charged me Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise )per minute. I called the customer care to make a complaint for this, they launched a complaint and gave me a message giving the service request number(SR No.) of the complaint and also stating that it will be processed in 2 days. After 2 days i got a message that Dear customer your SR No. has been processed. Then i called my friend to see that the problem has been solved or not. Once again I saw that they charged Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise )per minute. Then i again ranged up the customer care number to complaint about this, they launched a complaint and gave me a message giving the serial number(SR No.) of the complaint and also stating that it will be processed in 2 days. After 2 days i got a message that Dear customer your SR No. has been processed. Then i called my friend to see that the problem has been solved or not. Once again I saw that they charged Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise )per minute. This time I directly went to the centre for complaint they also did the same thing that is they launched a complaint and gave me a message giving the serial number(SR No. – 214763062) of the complaint and also stating that it will be processed in 2 days. After 2 days i got a message that Dear customer your SR No. has been processed. Then i called my friend to see that the problem has been solved or not. Once again I saw that they charged Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise )per minute. Then once again I went their this time also the did the same thing that is they launched a complaint and gave me a message giving the serial number(SR No. – 215069855) of the complaint and also stating that it will be processed in 2 days. After 2 days i got a message that Dear customer your SR No. has been processed. Then i called my friend to see that the problem has been solved or not. Once again I saw that they charged Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise )per minute. This time I went their and asked them about this they told it will not be solved because of any fault in the system for this college plan in your phone number. They told do not activate the paln any more in this number. This time also they registered the complaint ( SR No. – 215299862). I got a message on 21.1.2014 at 14:50 pm stating that ” Dear Reliance Customer reference to SR 215299862 for wrong charging of calls we had checked & found that all calls are charged correctly ”

I want they should activate my college plan for my number perfectly ( the fault that they have stated for my number in the system for this vas that is college plan) that is those who have activated under the group which i have activated the college plan , the calls should be charged perfectly that is Rs. 0.05 ( 5 paise per minute) not Rs. 0.50 ( 50 paise per minute) and return back the unwanted deduction of my balance.
