have applied for relocation of my reliance broadband and landline wireline broadnet connection Customer A/c No :- 100117328938 Subscriber Id :- 329500186721 on 4th august 2013 complaint no 206937337.but today is 23 august and my connection has still not been shifted. The local reliance people are pressuring me to take a new connection at the new location and pay again for installation and deposit money Rs 1500/- .They are saying the shifting will not happen on my new location but they are ready to give me a new connection at same location for Rs 1500/-.This is fraud.pls help.
i want the company to shift my connection to my new address immediately and give me waiver for amount for the number of days the connection is not shifted.
