reliance is charging VAS continuously to my number. after giving so many complaint problem is not solved. very tough to reach RCARE (even today on dt 23.08.13), and if we reach they say server is unavailable, call after some time. They are harassing me since last two months. they are just cheating peoples.

i want they should be fined for reasonable amount (Minimum 5 lacs or more). so that reliance and their team will take care of their customers very well in future.. this will be good lesson to other service provider also
