In my bill no.371700526832 for the month of November,Rs 51.1 is included extra in the bill. I have communicated the matter to the customer care executive named Nakul Behra,but he told me that nothing they can help me in this and advised me to go to consumer court. Also, I came to know that an additional pack of Rs 99(local reliance free) is being added with my plan of Rs599,but I have never requested for any Rs 99 plan as in Rs599 plan I am getting all india reliance free. They have added this plan forcefully and forcing me to pay the extra amount.

Due to this I am forced to pay Rs 51.10 extra which I am not supposed to pay as I have never opted for any extra pack.

I want Rs 51.10 back and compensation amount.
