I called reliance special no 121 to know the various offers and discount on call rates in which i came to know about a offer saying recharge with Rs 15 and get all local rates at 25 paise/ min for 28 days. And IVR recorded message also said that this offer is exclusive for your mobile no. Upon which i recharged with Rs 15 and later i got the message saying recharge of Rs 15 successful enjoy all local and STD calls @ 50 Paise/min for 25 days. When i spoke with customer care they refused such offer and said that offer is not for you and there is nothing we can do about this. And no refund can be done

I want to get the refund of amount of 45 rs towards recharge for special offer and for balance. In addition i want the compensation of ? 5000 towards psychological disturbance caused by such events.
