I have bought a flat with the builder 6 months back for 45L. now they have started corporate scheme where they have waived off car parking and reduced BSP by 300 Rs and the same Flat is costing 6 L less now. I had asked them that i am also from corporate i can give you ID card please waive off that money. But they re not ready.Can you please help how can i register a complaint against them

Feeling cheated.apartment has coated me 6L more instead of appreciation its depreciated.
